This method wasn't copied from a book — it's what I ran on myself for ten years. Long-term one-meal-a-day (OMAD), a continuous glucose monitor on year-round, watching my body's real response to every meal, every session, every late night.
What I can honestly say are these directional changes: daytime energy steady to the point of barely fluctuating, a post-meal glucose curve that's gentle instead of a rollercoaster, and a body that lets me keep training hard while still showing up for family and work. That's what I mean — metabolic stability gives you the freedom to choose.
Data doesn't flatter you. It only tells you what that meal, that night, that light actually did to you.
Note: the above describes a real personal long-term self-experiment (N=1). It is individual experience, does not represent general efficacy, and is not medical advice.
